Membership is extended after an introduction. The retainer is settled monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
The retainer
Attendance, not a toll on your trade.
The retainer pays for the desk’s attention. It is never applied to the price of a cargo or asset, and UIE still never holds client money. Arranger fees for a transaction are set in its mandate, on the published schedule.

Billed monthly in advance. Cancel from your account; it ends with the month already paid.

- SettlementBank transfer to UIE Ltd. The desk sends the pro-forma invoice, with bank details, to your email.
Your membership becomes active the moment the transfer is received. Quote the reference on the payment.
The retainer is invoiced by UIE Ltd and settled by bank transfer. Card payment will be offered here when it is enabled.
